Products ordered from The Ebony Tree will be sent fully insured and require a signature on delivery when shipped.

Delivery times vary. Shipments by Airmail from South Africa to mainland Europe, U.S.A, Oceania/Asia can take 1 to 3 weeks. Airmail shipments from the U.K. to Europe, U.S.A and Oceania/Asia usually take between 1 and 2 weeks. Please note that deliveries made at peak times will vary in delivery time.

For multiple orders you will recieve a postage discount for products ordered from The Ebony Tree. Our postage fees are normally accurate, if we have overestimated you will recieve a refund for the difference.

International parcels are sent using Airmail which can be expensive for heavier items. An alternative to Airmail is to use Surface mail which can take 6 to 8 weeks for delivery but can be up to 66% cheaper.

Products will be dispatched within 1 to 3 days once order is paid for in full.

Most products can be tracked, please contact for a tracking number if desired.

RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHIN 14 DAYS

The Ebony Tree Guarantees the Authenticity of its African Art. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our products, returns will be accepted within 14 days upon receipt of delivery. A full refund will be given less all postage costs. Returns can be sent back to our Cape Town, South Africa address or our London, England address.
