3) PRICE & PAYMENT

• Payment for products must be made and funds cleared before products can be dispatched.
• The ebony tree will occasionally allow transactions to be made in "good faith." If payment is not made in required time, The Ebony Tree reserves the right to have the items in transaction returned to the full value of the outstanding balance owed.
• The ebony tree reserves the right to increase or decrease its products prices when required.

4) DELIVERY & RETURNS

• Goods purchased and paid for in full, products ordered from The Ebony Tree will be dispatched within 1 to 5 days.
• Goods purchased from The Ebony Tree are allowed to be returned within 14 days upon receipt of delivery. Goods to be returned must be sent back to The Ebony Tree fully insured.
• Goods sent from The Ebony Tree will be insured through the relevant postal services used. For goods that have been lost in the post, the postal service used will be contacted after 4 weeks of non delivery and an investigation will begin. The client will be fully reimbursed for the cost of the goods purchased.
• The Ebony Tree is not responsible for returned products that are lost or damaged in transit.

5) CANCELLATIONS
