A very rare Kuba Pwoom Itok mask from the DRC Congo. This mask is found among the Kuba Bushoong, and Ngeende people. This mask was worn during the initiation of young men. When used by the Bushoong, it was used by a secret society with one of its duties being the apprehension of criminals. This is a fine example of a Rare Kuba Itok mask and shows good signs of age and use. STAND NOT INCLUDED.
